david & stephanie "momma" Mondragon were born & raised right here in the heart of moreno valley. they have been a part of the community for many years, and they jumped on the opportunity to share their passion with the same community they grew up in. 

david & stephanie have two children, their "baby dragons" raelynn and marcelo can be spotted keeping guests' children entertained in our children's play area.

when not baking away or being with the kids, stephanie also works as a financial advisor. david spends his days as a software engineer.

together they have built more than just a dessert shop - they have built a welcoming place for all to gather and feel at home.
